I’ve seen multiple therapists over the years, and none have helped as quickly and as easily as the trauma therapy offered at Redefyne. The therapists are compassionate, knowledgeable, and work with you to determine the best path forward for you, in the way most comfortable for you. The ART therapy was a game changer, no months of talking through things again, actionable and noticeable change within just a few visits. I’d absolutely recommend coming here to anyone looking to heal.
Prompt response time, when one of the ladies wasn't able to get me on her schedule she made sure that someone else was able to reach out to me and get me scheduled.
