I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable and supportive this team is. They believed in me at a time when I didn’t believe in myself. Their guidance played a huge role in helping begin to me rebuild my confidence, let go of toxic relationships, set boundaries, repair important relationships, and become the parent I wanted to be. I’ve seen multiple therapists over the years, and none have helped as quickly and as easily as the trauma therapy offered at Redefyne. The therapists are compassionate, knowledgeable, and work with you to determine the best path forward for you, in the way most comfortable for you. The ART therapy was a game changer, no months of talking through things again, actionable and noticeable change within just a few visits. I’d absolutely recommend coming here to anyone looking to heal.

I have done many years of therapy in my life, but the last couple of months working with Lindsey Weaver doing A.R.T. Therapy has made the most impact by far. I didn’t realize how trauma stored in my body impacted me so much until I became FREE from it because of this magical technique. Lindsey is a very skilled and personable therapist and I 10/10 recommend her and Redefyne in general!
