Best Vibe in Burlington! We loved our time there tonight and loveddddd Grace! Can't wait for brunch when it's available!!
My husband and I have been out to RCO for the last two friday nights! The atmosphere, the food, the staff, the drinks...oh the drinks...this has quickly become my favorite place in Burlington. I love the city feel with the small town comforts. I can't wait for the menu expansion just so we can try more! My one thing that may be an issue is the single bathroom. But that isn't stopping me from coming back again and again to enjoy the cocktails. Hope to be back again this Friday!
Just love that we have this little GEM in Burlington and it was needed! Wow, what a fun drink menu and they've gone all out to make it interesting and the bartenders are really good. Great atmosphere and love that they have put local art in the establishment as well. Tapas were good and I'm looking forward to my next visit next week!
The Redefinery is a great option for an outing in Burlington, NC. Relaxed atmosphere and pleasant staff. The food and drink is very good. We had a cheese plate, ceviche and sliders. All tasty! Great cocktails and good wine selections. We are so happy Redefinery is here!

Excellent service, fantastic upscale atmosphere, we had great food prepared and presented with care. The drink menu is scrumptious. I am so happy to have a place like this in Burlington!!!
Simply put, you must visit. Interesting and delicious drinks and food along with chill, easy-going music with a kick. Beautiful and modern atmosphere. Every single staff member said hello to us and made us feel welcome...we loved it and will be back!

My fiancé and I checked out this new place and loved their ricotta & rosemary, pulled chicken sliders, and artisanal cheese & charcuterie as well as their cocktails! A really cool vibe, great art and decor, and very personable staff. The cocktails are strong, but delicious. A wonderful addition to downtown Burlington!
