They're literally out of food every time I go. Mixed drinks are good but expensive. You can get tapas and wine that is just as good (if not better) for a lower price at another wine bar in Burlington. Not a fan of their choice of live entertainers either, but I suppose that is personal preference.
My wife and I love this place! Great drinks, great atmosphere, great personnel, and great food. What more could you ask for?
This is our new Saturday night spot! I wish I could score it as 10 out of 5. Absolutely love the food! It has a very smooth and cool atmosphere. The staff are all incredibly friendly, AND the drinks are the best in town! Plus all of the mixers are hand squeezed! None of that sugary syrup junk. If you haven't been there yet definitely give it a shot, you won't regret it.
We were there this past Wednesday. Service was great and loved the atmosphere.
Redefinery is just the bee's knees. Great food, interesting and quirky cocktails, and warm and friendly service. Last night was our second visit and both have been wonderful experiences. As someone who also runs a downtown business, I'm so happy to have Redefinery as one of our neighbors. So looking forward to more great times there as well as future adventures and shenanigans with the staff. Keep up the great work, guys!
