Seriously incredible coffee and equally as great atmosphere and ambiance! Very friendly people. (Super tough some days to find a place to sit, so hoping they expand!) My fave is the lavender mocha! Only challenge for me, & it won't be a challenge for some- is that it costs $6.50 for my fave drink. If it wasn't so expensive I would come more often. What a jewel box of a place. Great decor and ambiance.. warmly inviting and welcoming. Great crew, great work ethic, service ....and fabulous lattes! Love it!!!

I was treated to their "Hamilton" by a friend yesterday and fell in love! The staff seemed to be enjoying their job, all the customers looked relaxed while sitting in the beautiful furniture, and the ice coffee concoction i had was delicious! I can see why my friend is a regular there- and i would be too if i lived closer!
So refreshing to have a unique, coffee experience other than the corporate feel of Starbucks. Way to go ReDefined! The only problem is that you beat me to the idea of bringing something like this to Main St. Grapevine. Congrat's to you!
