Dr.Singh and staff have been great! From the start of my first office visit to having all insurance paper work and short term disability papers filled out staff was on point. I had a spinal fusion done. Dr.Singh answered all my questions and concerns I had pre surgery and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I am now 2 months post surgery and feeling better then ever. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Singh with any back issues that require surgery.
Tried to make an appointment but this office kept giving me the run around. Spoke to front desk, new patient scheduling and then another scheduler. This took 5 hours from my first call, waiting for a call back and then another transfer all while repeating my reason for the visit. This place is too disorganized for me.
I find that the practice is attentive and caring. Dr. Hamer seems really busy but makes time for my concerns and speaks to them without hesitation. She's competent and knowledgeable in her field. It is reassuring given the field she is in.
