Amazing food
The trainers are very knowledgeable and personable. The equipment is well maintained and the facility is clean. However, the management is sketchy with their billing: Your sessions have an expiration date. They charge you to pause your account. It's a good business that is run poorly.
Everyone I've worked with there is terrific! I leave with a smile on my face and I go to the gym without fear or dread--an amazing thing for me. A very worthy investment!
In my line of work I travel the whole island every day and always make sure to find a Redefine wherever I go for lunch. There's no competition that comes close to the quality and variety of this place!
