ZERO stars would be more deserving, and appropriate. I went here for a COVID test for an upcoming surgery, as they told me that if I came in on Friday... I would have results by Monday. They LIED. This review is solely for the doctor I saw yesterday (7-28-22). I believe her name was R. Usha. This isn’t the first time I’ve came into contact with her, when she worked at Lakewood regional medical center she caused my husband to have to have surgery because she stitched his finger up horribly and wasn’t supposed to. He needed surgery. Anyways, I came in for dental pain while pregnant and she prescribed me pain medication and multiple pharmacies had trouble verifying her as a doctor. I had a great experience with the team of receptionist, medical assistants, and Physicians Assistant. They achieved a professional combination of efficient but thorough and caring. They placed my prescription order with the pharmacy before I walked out the door, and, then, I could pick up the meds right after to start the healing process.
