After being a patient for 10 years, RMG refused to see me at my last scheduled appointment. I have been on meds prescribed by them that are dangerous to stop abruptly. They refused to call in the refill. This is patient abandonment & I will be reporting them to the State Medical Board
I always feel like a test subject for PA’s when I go there. I went in to urgent care for really bad tightness in my chest. I’ve had pneumonia before and I know the feeling. First, the new PA was trying to impress me with all the knowledge he knew about my my medications. Please AVOID this place if you can! If I could give ZERO star I would. I don't know why I visited this place- now I am regretting more than anything. The list of their problems goes on and on; however, here are some major ones: 1) they could not copy my name correctly on their file (which made me so surprised b/c copying name from my ID should not be that hard!), so my insurance pay got rejected (and I fixed it by calling them and correcting their mistake) , 2) got multiple balance notices for a single visit (paid them by ca... read more
