I have been waiting at this office for 30 minutes already when the receptionist informs us that the provider is not in yet and they don’t know when they will be in. Then we’re asked if we want to wait for someone who may or may not show up. What kind of place is this? Why is the provider unavailable? Just wow. Seems like urgent are isn’t so urgent. I avoid going to the emergency room because that is for people who need emergency services for loss of life or limb. so I’m at urgent care where they don’t know if they will have a provider for the day or not. This place is a joke.
