Most unprofessional office and medical service I've ever been to. I have been waiting for my endo/colonoscopy results for a month even though my referral said "URGENT". After 3 weeks the doctor did not bother to call me back. I was told that they will not release my results unless I pay them $20 or come back to see the doctor whether the results are normal or not. Dr.Reddy is a good doctor he is straight to the point about my care he let me no what to eat and what not to eat he is awsome

Met briefly to schedule my 1st colonoscopy. Wanted to have it done in Smithville as it's closer to me but he said it would cost 3x as much so went to Austin, 1 1/2 hr drive, to discover it's covered by my insurance. He was 30 minutes late arriving and I was 1st procedure of the day. Never spoke a word to me before or after my procedure. Have to schedule follow up to discuss a polyp found but will be finding a new dr after that.

Dr.Reddy is the worst Doctor I have ever seen. Not only does he not communicate well but after surgery he does not have the intention to speak with the family to inform us of how it went. The only reason we get him to talk to us is per our request to the hospital nurses that we want him to come talk to us. Please beware with this doctor, why are you even practicing medicine if your actions and care for your patients seem as if you hate it. I really liked Dr. Reddy. He had great Bedside manner and was very professional. When my upper GI and Colonoscopy were performed at Brachenridge everyone was so professional and it ran like clockwork. I felt very safe and secure in the hands of Dr. Reddy and his professional staff and assistants. I use to work for Dr.'s so I have been around the field and Have seen a lot. This Dr. and staff definitely deserve a pat on the back and good reviews. Cant please all the people all the time.

I came in to this doctor's office with a hole in the side of my throat. I am absolutely desperate to get help, since I have been in extreme pain, and been to the ER numerous times, only to get told to go to a specialist. Dr. Reddy not only did not listen to me, but the only thing he would say to me is "If you had that, you wouldn't be sitting here talking to me, that is a major medical condition." He refuses to look, then tells me that. Really??!!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Dr. Reddy answered all my questions and gave me a through question/answer first appointment. Has a pretty good sense of humor. He was also friendly and professional. Not sure why the bad reviews.

Dr Reddy was assigned to me when I was hospitalized in St David's for a sudden severe intestinal bleed. I did not like him AT ALL. He interrupted me and I didn't get my questions answered. And he didn't even come check in with me the last two days.
