Called on Monday to place a work order for AC not blowing cool air. Called on Wednesday for a status update and was forced to leave a voicemail. It’s Friday and no one has called me back. It’s 90 degrees in my house which was put in my work order but they obviously don’t care. It’s likely cause I’m going through my home warranty but regardless the lack of communication is ridiculous.
