I am a patient of Dr. Reddy. He is a great doctor, always listens and does the best that he can for me as a patient. The one thing that needs some improvement is customer service within the office. Some of the receptionist, medical assistants can be dry, loud and even huff and puff when a patient asks a question. I do not know if they realize what perception they are putting forth, but it is not a good one.
