The doctor clearly operates WITHOUT a patient oriented mindset The doctor is rude and speaks to his patients with truly an unprofessional and inappropriate tone of voice when discussing patients' diagnosis and results. He may be a specialist in his area, but certainly needs to return to the institution from where he received his degree and complete a "patient oriented code of conduct" program. He is the most ruthless doctor I've ever encounted.
