I had an appointment here two weeks ago. The NP was amazing, caring, listened, looked at all my scans and was thorough in what she wanted to do, she made me feel like I was in great hands. The last two weeks however have not. She said that she would be having the scheduler call me for an endoscopy and her MA would call in scripts for my pain. Two weeks later I have neither. Idk what's everyone else's issue with this place. Everyone here is great and very nice. I guess some people just don't understand how the medical field works so they leave messed up reviews
Should've checked the reviews. Saw Dr. Kalfus about recurring GI pains, and was prescribed general symptom reducing medication and a test to see if I had bacterial overgrowth in my small intestine. Infection confirmed at the time of a follow-up two weeks later, and I have an antibiotic prescribed for it over telehealth, and a refill on the backburner in case I felt I needed it. Fine and dandy.
