Dr. Reddy BEST DOCTOR in Henderson in the world!!
After seeing Dr. Reddy for 7 years, I was told I couldn't see him any longer because I wasn't old enough. I'm 53. He's only seeing seniors now. I respect that decision, but he shouldn't drop long-time patients. Even before that, it was very hard to see him - you're always pawned off to a PA and they never stay long, so I end up seeing someone different every visit.
We are new to the state of Nevada and now call Henderson NV our home! I had to get established with a new doctor. Dr Reddy and his staff were amazing! From the reception desk, to CJ doctor’s assistant to the girls in the lab to checkout. Dr Reddy has a mild manner and my tension (white coat syndrome) dissipated by the end of my visit!
Dr. Reddy is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is a caring doctor that moved into concierge medicine for awhile so he could spend time with his patients. He moved back into serving the general population for awhile. I wish the health care system allowed doctors to spend time with patients. Caring doctors seem to do 1 of 3 things nowadays (1) Go Into Concierge, (2) Switch to only Medicare Medicaid, or (3) Stop taking Insurance and go cash only. Their staff lost my fiance's urine samples three times when her kidneys were giving her issues as part of the myriad of auto immune issues she currently has. Each time she went back in the office staff gave her an attitude as if their incompetence was HER fault. The prompt on the phone system always busy, husband went to office was told they're shorthanded that's why it's always busy. Tried to leave a message in the office for the scheduling to call me. The office response was no we cannot do that. You have to go through the system. Just keep trying, Seriously!! They just lost a patient and however much much money it is to try and do the metagenics diet that a friend highly recommended for IBS. I'm just going to borrow the plan and do it on my own. My husband and I have been going to Dr Reddy for many years now. Not only is he an excellent doctor, he is also a very caring doctor. We can tell that he is interested in and remembers the stuff that we tell him during our visits like the fact that we take care of our grandchildren, that we have moved, and other personal tidbits about me and my husband. 10 wonderful years with Dr Reddy and each visit is met with compassion and true medical knowledge. He is insightful, caring, compassionate, and he listens before speaking. I owe him the world of gratitude for saving my husband twice! Cancer then Covid. All of his Drs agree Dr Reddy saved his life by spotting and treating concerns with urgency.
