I called to make sure that my son’s appointment was still good with the ongoing events. His appointment was today Friday at 4 o’clock. I was told yes ma’am everything still the same. I was told ma’am if anything changes will call and tell you. So when I showed up today at 4 o’clock for his appointment in the office was closed and locked you can imagine my disappointment. My son is in need of his one-year-old shots. Very disappointed
Best pediatrician in South Texas!
I was made to wait for an hour before being told my newborn wasnt going to be seen today. the only option given to me was to go back the next day or wait a month because they were booked for the rest of this month. I'm 3 weeks post partum recovering from a csection. my husband took time off to drive me to my appointment only to be turned away after being there in the waiting room for an hour already. I literally don't even know what Dr reddy looks like because everytime I go they literally walk in and out the room with very little concern for my child. Not only that, but their wait is RIDICULOUS. You're gonna wait atleast 2 hours before someone even gets to you. Definitely gonna find a new pediatrician. Do not recommend.
Since our son was born a year ago he has always called us back, been honest, and tried to explain everything. Never wait long and his staff is good with children!
