Came all the way from Washington state to try this bbq. Man oh man I am glad I did. The chicken was cooked perfectly the cornbread was melt in your mouth good and the lava cake was devine. Anytime you find yourself in Carlisle PA go to Redds Smokehouse bbq. You won't regret it.
Literally the best barbecue I've ever tasted. Came for the Corvette show in August, only was in Carlisle for 2 days. Went for dinner one day and lunch the next. Highly recommend it.
Every time we come out to visit family in Lemoyne we get dinner one night from Redds.
Great! Has to be one of the best BBQ's in central PA. Real ribs.
The mac and cheese!!! YUM. And the coleslaw, and cornbread and chicken and bbq sauces and french fries. Delicious.
South carolina bbq at its best. I missed this flavor since moving back here 10 years ago made many visits will make many more
