Smoke ribs were pressure cooked maybe smoked a bit but indeed pressure cooked

Hey Jeffrey, definitely not pressure cooked. Southern pride smoker start to finish then grilled to serve. They are Apple smoked with wood straight from gardeners. Could be that they under loaded the wood box if it didn't seem smoky is all I could think. We do use two large electric smokers as sadly we have to smoke indoors and electric doesn't give as much of a smoke ring but the flavor is the same. Had dinner there tonight. Was fantastic. Brisket was to die for .. Wings, smoked chicken and ribs were great. We'll be going back. :)
I absolutely fell in LOVE with this place from the very first time I walked through the door. The BEST chicken wings and peach cobbler!!! My two favorites and I make sure I get them every time we go. It is definitely worth the hour drive!
The BEST BBQ in all of Carlisle. The brisket is to die for...and the ribs...and...the pulled pork, and..and..ITS GOOD. Come try it. We get the sampler at lunch and it feeds two. (unless you are really hungry)
Best BBQ in the area! Smoked wings are ridiculous, and the brisket cannot be beat. So glad Redd's is in the neighborhood!
