Staff is very respectful. Highly recommend if you can.
I've called multiple times trying to figure out where my medications going because they just told me rite aid I go check to rite aid's apparently never got submitted tried calling three times today to get a hold of them to figure it out they told me it was on a street where rite aid doesn't exist anymore not to mention I've been trying to get ahold of their behavior health department for the past 2 days I've left more than eight messages and I haven't even gotten a call back about behavioral health also just got hung up on b... read more
So sad to hear that thry took on like 2000 new non-native patience (I thought there services for only for native Americans) but its awesome to serve all but they didn't hire more Dr or PA so now that pushes patient care. It takes LONGER to get in to see ur Dr. Just sad because that takes our care to a lower level. Also overwhelming to the Dr I'm sure. I have been going here since 2014.
3/3/24 Did thry change the process of trying to leave a message for my Dr nurse because they ladWHO EVER ANSWERED MY CALL IN FRONT....y at the front desk wouldn't let me get thru at all she kept putting me on hold and trying to ask wheat I needed I was comfortable telling her and she was soo pushy. Since when do they have people there answering thry phones like that it is usually easy to JUST leave a message THAT ALL GEEEEZ..
