Kia had my car for eight weeks because the part was not available. They gave me four dates when my car would be ready and finally came through on the fourth date. I picked up my car last night and was disappointed with the condition of the car. They didn't bother to wash it after sitting in the hot Redding sun for July and most of August. You can hardly see out the windows. In fact someone there used the back wipers on my very dusty car. I just purchased a used KIA soul with 49,000 miles on it. The check engine light came on on my way home from Oregon. I took it to the service department and they scanned the computer and did an upgrade an the ecm for free! Thank you redding KIA. The staff was very friendly and took time to listen to my problem. Top notch service!
I hate liars and cheaters! Beware all you friends in the Redding area as The Redding KIA dealership has offered worse than poor service to repair my door lock on my KIA overcharging me by $350 of my original quote, taking 3 days to repair when they initially told us it would be same day service as the parts were in! They offered no loner car but said they would come pick us up when we needed a ride but they left us stranded for two hours one day and three hours today! So you are warned ....go somewhere else to buy your KIA..... read more

Hands Down best car dealership in Redding. Ryan & Kyle were knowledgeable about their products and the competition, felt like sitting down with friends instead of buying a car. Even the finance portion was pleasant, Redding Kia at the corner of high value and low pressure.
