Have been a patient since 1984. Have been very impressed with the doctors and medical staff! If I have an emergency, have always been able to get an appointment.
I've been with this practice since 2015/2016. Almost a decade. I've never once had any issues. My doctor listens, orders things when I need them, sends in my RXs on the same day, returns calls very fast. Faster then I even expect. When I hear stories of other places, I feel so lucky to have such a great place and doctor to come to.
This place is awful. First I had Dr Goodwin. She was okay. Then she left the group but no one let us know so when I tried to make an appointment they had to scramble to find someone else to see my son after much coaxing. Then fast forward, they decided to drop us as patients completely without letting us know. When I explained the situation that we were patients and I had no idea why they would drop us they didn't seem to care. Apparently the reason was we weren't coming in enough. The Dr that runs the ER for night shift sure needs to brush up on his management skills. So many people receiving the slowest care.
The doctors seem very knowledgeable, and the staff are helpful and answer the phone every time I call. I greatly appreciate Doctor Dana Anderson and his expertise, and I am a much healthier man comparatively speaking to when I first started coming here. Would 100% recommend this family practice.
