I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Maples at Redding Family Medical Group for 30 years. He is an excellent doctor. He is patient and thoroughly answers my questions. He has worked exceptionally hard to secure caring staff Doctor Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to assist in his practice. They have way too many patients and not enough staff. Prescription renewals are a nightmare. Some of Docs don't do Fridays or Mondays. Beware!! The office manager is a Doctor COS playing as a manager and is married to one of the other Doctors. So keep your complaints to yourself. THEY DO NOT CARE!!

I've been a patient for about 10 ears now. I'm so happy to review the fact that over the years, while medical insurance rules healthcare and doctors aren't allowed to doctor, Dr. T. Sullilvan and his staff have only gotten better and better. So glad to be Dr. T and his entire office!

This is an update after over 5 years. The original staff is very reduced, Dr's and others. My sense is that there are new dictates imposed on the staff, just a guess. My favorite Dr Short is available only by telephone or computer. It is a sad situation, although the office staff remains congenial and helpful.
