Purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion .. after 3 months n 3k miles the engine blew.. the told me to get it to their shop “becuase they could do it cheaper” . They ended up quoting me more n refused to help fix it at all.. now I’m paying 350 a month for a car I can’t drive after telling their GM Greg I was a single father and needed a reliable car. These people are crooks and should lose the right to conduct business in Redding.

This place is horrible!!! My loan was messed up! My handicap plates transfer was mishandled! I bought my truck here on June 3rd and have driven it less than 2 consecutive weeks! first the hose blew, then a sensor went out, then the ERG went out, then to top it off my engine blew up!!!! $14,000 for a new engine on a 2016 truck I bought for $24,000!! Horrible customer service and the owner would not even return my calls. I drove this truck for less than 1,000 miles and have spend thousands in repairs now it is going on 4 weeks... read more
Billy was great and made it painless
I am infuriated with the outright deception practiced by this company and its representatives. In the first two months of owning a 2015 Chevy Silverado purchased from this dealer we have discovered numerous life safety issues that were present at the date of purchase. While the company did front the cost for ineffective fixes to our vehicle, the price of repairing the truck has become too great for them to handle.
