Redd Roofing replaced my commercial roof two years age and seemingly did a good job on the roof membrane, however failed to inform me that my bathroom vents were visibly rusted out and a potential leak point, and in retrospect, clearly needed to be replaced. As a result my newly remodeled bathroom ceilings are stained from leakage.
