Steve was thorough and honest. He has updated technology that allows you to see hot/cold spots, which gave us peace of mind that there were no leaks or insulation issues. He explained all of his findings with clarity and helped us narrow the important things. He brought a cooler of drinks for everyone too, which was thoughtful. Would recommend him and use him again!

Steve inspected my home last week. The report and his findings gave me ideas for improving efficiencies that will save money for my family. His technology exceeds that I’ve seen from other inspections, especially his use of FLIR technology to show me where I’m losing heat and cooling due to insulation issues.
