WONDERFUL garden tomato soup, great salads and sandwiches, most courteous and friendly staff! All the way here from VT and so happy we found you on tripadvisor! Would love to have the soup recipe!!

During my trike ride across 14 states from ND and back, I spent 9 days in the Morristown and Johnson City area of TN. I was so blessed to be with Lisa Long during the opening of her dream, Redbud Deli. Yup! Lisa is my daughter! And I am so proud of her! I was treated to the most awesome food! Love the pecan salad, wild rice soup and chicken panini! Congratulations, Lisa and Wally, your Redbud Deli is a beautiful and friendly place for a lunchtime respite!
What a wonderful addition to our Morristown landscape! The location is perfect, Lisa is queen of the kitchen, Wally keeps the front running s-m-o-o-o-o-o-o-t-h-l-y, the menu is diverse and delicious, the decor is dynamite, old friends and new alike are filling the place up........did I leave anything out? Quit reading and get yourself down there......and take some goodies home!
Great service, a wonderful variety of choices to eat. Everything that I have tried is excellent, but the tomato soup is amazing, especially on these cool rainy day. The carmel cake is without a doubt, simply to die for! The décor is eclectic and fun. Without a doubt its a place you will have to go to more than once, simply because the choices are too tempting!
Great menu. Service was fast and very nice. Great additional morristown.
