Had RedBlue replace a gas tankless water heater that had failed. Was not a good experience. I was quoted that it would be approximately $1100 + parts, depending on the complexity of the job (which we wouldn't know until they did the work). Ok no problem, makes sense. I had them come out and do the job, with the tech doing it being great. He did a great job and there were no issues getting it installed (took 4.5hrs), with the tech himself saying 'it went smoother than expected'.
