Had a great time here tonight! Staff was great and the food hit the spot!
Mandi is amazing and always takes great care of her people. She's a fantastic server and I'm so glad she's a part of the team
The staff is very friendly, the food is surprisingly amazing, and the new weekly drink specials make me want to come out often. I've been going for 6 years now, and no complaints here!
All I can say is HORRIBLE.... MANAGEMENT SUCKS no communication skills ... I will not be back !!!!!! DID I SAY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
When I say I'll NEVER step foot in this place again, I'll NEVER! Cust Serv was HORRIBLE!! Told manager that my drink was watered down, he said himself it most likely has more juice than liquor, his solution to fixing the problem--CALL THE POLICE! All b/c I said I didn't want to pay for a drink that your bartender didn't mix well.. GET A BETTER MANAGEMENT TEAM & FIX YOUR CUST SERVICE!
Nice place to hang out Drinks are cool, plenty of pool tables and dart boards. Food is amazing! The servers are nice. Could switch up the music but pretty chill place to hang

Mandy and the manager forget his name really give wonderful excellent customer service I'm new to Hazelwood and being from the hill/Dogtown area is quite different found a few bars and Redbirds stands out because of a few bartenders and the food keep it up and get more Mandy Types you'll have a gold mine. I also want to say Abby is the fastest hard working polite and knows how to up Sale drinks and food. But she is generally so kind and has a positive attitude.
