I been staying in redbird trails almost 4 years and I been having a lot of problems the hall closet have bad leak and mold the carpet has a smell from the water they want do nothing about the mold and they don't never have hot water every other day they boiler need fixing and somebody got killed in the unit I stay in so ready to move they don't care I can't stay in a place like this
Quiet apts. mainly but when it comes to repairs or notifying tenants of things that affect their household (i.e. hot water off) they're very, very inconsistent.
Selena was The leasing lady that got me in the apartment got me in right away with no problems I want to say thank you so much. just be upfront and she will get the job done thank you again Selena🥰🥰
