Excellent service. They welcome you with very sweet greetings. The owner is very active and hands on to whatever customer needs. He makes sure his workers will provide good service with customer satisfaction. Amy is my favorite. I have been to many places but I couldn't find a good one until I met Amy. She is the reason why I chose this place. She will listen to your request and consistently good.
So very disappointed at the decline in service over time since they opened. Far from a "spa" experience no matter how much you spend.
My wife just visited this salon and left feeling completely disrespected and disappointed. The staff treated her with shocking indifference — even though she arrived earlier than others, she was left waiting while later-arriving customers (particularly white and Hispanic) were greeted with smiles and taken care of promptly. As Asian customers ourselves, we were appalled by the dismissive attitude toward someone of the same ethnic background.
