I came here because they were open on a Sunday and I needed to remove gel x nails. The man at the front was very nice but I had a woman remove them and she was not that great. She only fully removed the nails from 3 fingers. I noticed when I got home most of my nails still had glue on them. It was $15 for removal + $5 tip which I feel is pretty generous already and I still had to do them myself at home. I handed her the cash and she took it out of my hands very aggressively and crumpled the bills????
Excellent service. They welcome you with very sweet greetings. The owner is very active and hands on to whatever customer needs. He makes sure his workers will provide good service with customer satisfaction. Amy is my favorite. I have been to many places but I couldn't find a good one until I met Amy. She is the reason why I chose this place. She will listen to your request and consistently good.
So very disappointed at the decline in service over time since they opened. Far from a "spa" experience no matter how much you spend.
