The staff at Redbanks took wonderful care of my granny Alice Wells while she was there. The receptionists were always friendly. Tim Shockley-Chaplain was always helpful and treated us like family. Granny also loved sitting on the porch so a big thank you to the porch sitters. Thank you to everyone for loving and caring for our granny. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love working at Redbanks! The residents and staff are like family to me!! Very blessed to be part of the team.
I’ve been around nursing homes all my life since my mom was an RN and worked at one. Redbanks is by far the best one I’ve ever been in! It’s clean, the staff is wonderful and you can tell they care deeply for their residents. It is the ONLY nursing home I would even consider putting family in.
My mother has been a resident at Redbanks for almost three years. Although it was a hard decision to make to put her in a nursing home, I know she is receiving excellent care there . The staff are very kind and compassionate and very attentive to her needs. They even take time out of their busy day to visit her in her room and she really enjoys that. The nursing staff is also very good about keeping me informed of any changes in her care.
Worst place there is. Think twice before going there.
