We live in the east building and have been here just over a month — already regretting it. We were relocating from out of state on a tight timeline and didn't have the luxury of touring in person — don't make the same mistake. A few specific issues: 1. The east building entrance looks like an abandoned property. It constantly smells like cheap cleaning chemicals — sometimes so strong it's genuinely irritating to walk through. 2. Updating May 2026- been here over 2 years, still love where I live. I want to give a shout out to Cristian, our primary building maintenance man whose attention to detail and ensuring any issues we have are handled promptly and efficiently. The ballast in the kitchen was flickering and they no longer have them, and after expressing my concern it would be too dark in the kitchen- he actually fixed it And added another floodlight to the 3, now 4 light ballast! We appreciate the care put into our residence.
