I'm not sure if this was a bad day for Daniel or something, but I was treated in a very rude and unprofessional way that hurted me. I came in for a self guided tour and Daniel showed me the door codes and building codes for the tour. I thought he was done, so I thanked him and was ready to go on the tour. However, Daniel abruptly and rudely said he wasn't finished talking. Taken aback, I said ok, but did ask one more question about the door code. My water heater broke, and after receiving the notification, they arrived promptly. In four hours, they replaced it with a brand-new one. Now everything is working perfectly. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication in getting this done so quickly. Thanks to Brennen and Rodrigo for their excellent service—I’m grateful to have hot water again!
