Very disappointed with Red160 management. The West Building has had repeated elevator outages over serveral months (multiple notices for Car 1 and, most recently, both elevators down). Promised fixes have been temporary and the problem keeps recurring. Staff member Daniel was rude and unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property. Since moving in, one of the elevators has consistently been out of service. Recently, both elevators have stopped working, and residents are now required to use the stairs. As someone who lives on the 6th floor and is currently on crutches due to a broken foot, this situation has been especially difficult. If you like rude staff and non working elevators this place is for you. One or both of the elevators is always out of service and Daniel in the leasing office is extremely rude and condescending.
I had bad experience with one of the leasing manager , I totally understand I stopped by the office during lunch time, she was unprofessional, , first question was “what’s up “, I noticed right away that she was upset with me because it was lunch time , at that moment, I didn’t even explain to her why I was there , I apologized and left .
We have been living at Red160 for about 3 years. We are quite happy with the location and apt overall. Only minus would be the theft in the bike storage we had once. The apts under ARCH program are good enough for young couples to start their lives. most stores are at walking distance and close to trails if you have pets.
