Very nice place and great knowledge about the property. Daniel was very helpful with our tour.
Post-review move-out: One month before my move out, during renewal negotiations, I wondered how long it would take them to fix the stairwell lobby door handle that was ripped off. This stairwell is the only way to your apartment or vehicle from outside the building during any sort of power blink that disables the elevators. Now ya gotta ask yourself, how hard is a door handle for a property management company? About as hard as it is to install cameras that could tell you who ripped it off I guess? Jeff and Brennen provide excellent maintenance service. They tried everything until something worked instead of turning away, and looked around to see what else could be fixed instead of trying to minimize their work. You can tell they really care about the community and how they can make their home a happier place to live. They have the electrical knowledge and compassion.
