Had a great experience with Tom and Stanislav during the move-in process! The tour was easy to arrange, and Tom was really helpful and attentive throughout. The apartment is great, and the location is beautiful. Overall, it’s a wonderful place with a fantastic leasing team. I just wish the gym in the west building were a bit bigger and better equipped.
I’ve been living in the Red160 apartments for the past five months and have been extremely disappointed with the maintenance and services. One of the elevators has been out of order for over a month, we have to wait every time 5-10 minutes for our elevator to come because only one elevator is used for entire building and for two days, both elevators were not working, forcing residents to use the stairs. Very disappointed with Red160 management. The West Building has had repeated elevator outages over serveral months (multiple notices for Car 1 and, most recently, both elevators down). Promised fixes have been temporary and the problem keeps recurring. Staff member Daniel was rude and unprofessional. This is a serious safety and accessibility issue for seniors, families, and residents with mobility needs. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property. Since moving in, one of the elevators has consistently been out of service. Recently, both elevators have stopped working, and residents are now required to use the stairs. As someone who lives on the 6th floor and is currently on crutches due to a broken foot, this situation has been especially difficult. If you like rude staff and non working elevators this place is for you. One or both of the elevators is always out of service and Daniel in the leasing office is extremely rude and condescending.
