I was in Jeff City on vacation along the Osage River and only brought my road bike. Called in for a rental and Dane got me set up. Once I arrived at the shop, I fell in love with a lovely Salsa Vaya. Bryan was my kind of person to deal with. Bryan and Dane both worked on swapping out my clips on my road bike to the rental and to my new bike. They were great to talk to and Bryan gave Greg and I great recommendations for starting points on the Katy Trail.
Nick and Team are Exceptional and dedicated to the art of matching the right bike to the right person. He takes time to listen, offer suggestions, encourages trial rides. Once you select your new ride, he is there to encourage you to customize it ensure it is an extension of You! True passion is found at Red Wheel Bike Shop!
They were very kind and listened to my requests on mine and my Mom's bike.For the work we had done, it was reasonably priced.
