I went through jefferson city to start a long bikepacking race. They were kind enough to give me a place to ship and build up my bike. After talking for a while it was clear to me this shop knows what they are doing. From something to get around town, ride hundreds of miles of gravel, or even rip down mountain singletrack they will get you set up

I only buy bikes from red wheel!!!! The customer service is always fantastic, friendly and fast! They won't "sales" you, they help you, educate you & SELL you a fanstic item. I've been a buyer of theirs for years and won't stop anytime soon. Thank you guys for everything you do and have done!
Absolutely wonderful customer service. Cannot say enough good things about Red Wheel - great place to rent bikes for Katy Trail bike ride. Will definitely return!
