I had tried to sell by owner but when the Fairfax market got flooded with listings in 2014, I realized I needed a professional. I interviewed a number of agents before choosing Zinta. She had a matter - of - fact approach, while taking my interests into account, and suggested a few touches that made a difference on how the house showed. She was really helpful, us being out of town already, and the sale went smoothly.
Zinta was amazing! I was new the the Northern Virginia marketplace and had no idea where I should buy. Zinta was both patient with me as well as attentive to my requests and concerns. I was in a multiple bid contract situation and under Zinta's excellent advisement we crafted an offer that the seller couldn't refuse and I ended up getting the condo of my dreams! She was fantastic and I highly recommend her!

Zinta helped us fix up and rent out a property in Burke for a relative. Zinta and Rob recommended needed repairs and referred the contractors to us. Although we did not want to renovate, her ideas on simple light fixture changes and paint helped to brighten the house. Zinta's background was invaluable in finding just the right tenant. I highly recommend Zinta and Rob. First class advice, and service! High energy agent! She arranged for and met with many contractors,workers, and deliveries. House was advertised by mailed picture postcards, online, Open House...Got above asking price due to her advice and extensive work.
