I may not be at the height of steak connoisseur-ship, but by god this was an amazing steak. I got the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and gravy and it was definitely one of the best steaks I’ve had. It’s a far cry from the burnt strips my dad would make on the grill as a kid and which I’d have to power through in order to be excused from the table - no, this steak was enough to make you sit at the table and ask for seconds.
