Best Steak period! Service was awesome and the sides are absolutely delicious.
Food and experience were both amazing! One of the best meals I've had! Shrimp cocktail and raw oysters to start, aged prime filet Oscar style with truffle whipped potatoes. Donut holes for dessert, which I highly recommend!
My wife and I were looking forward to a nice meal, instead we ended up leaving before we even had a chance to order. We sat there 5+ minutes waiting for our waiter to introduce himself and get our drink order. It then took forever for him to return with the water and a bottle of wine. We told him we were ready to order and he just set down the bottle of wine he hadn't even opened and walked to another table to take their order. We were so frustrated we just left. I had an awesome experience at the Red's in downtown Cleveland so I decided to dine at the Beachwood location for my boyfriend's birthday. We arrived 30 mins early prior to our reservation and were seated promptly. The waitress was very pleasant and timely with our drinks and meal. Our food was delicious! We really enjoyed the dining experience and will return soon!
I'm from NYC and came to the bar alone on Friday. I was casual and low profile and not dressed on purpose for the occasion. I ordered oysters, a prime rib eye, potato and donut holes! My husband and I went out for my birthday dinner here last night, and we were appalled by our experience with the wait staff. First off, we had made reservations on Open Table for 6:30. We were a few minutes late, the hostess said to us in a really snotty voice, "Oh, you are finally here. I was just about to call you." We were then sat at a banquet table by the bar. We went to Red for our anniversary. The service and drinks were excellent. The food was mediocre. We ordered our steaks medium. They came out gray - way too well done and not medium at all. Service recovery was good. New steaks were prepared medium, as ordered. Maybe it was an off night for the chef, but we won't be returning at that price point. The Strip has been our go to steak place but we wanted to try something different to celebrate our special day. Mistake.
It is incredible! We go there for all our special occasions.
Service and food was GREAT!!!! Floor is wooden so ladies becareful with the slippery heels. Patio/bar was NICE!
