Was told the units were going to be worked on over a month ago... my condemned sign that was once orange is now white and faded. We have been in temporary housing for almost 2 years. Where is the solution when I own drywall in and the black mold is drywall out? Never return calls or emails. I showed up to office and was told could not be seen. How can they be reached? They took over condo buildings with toxic black mold and people are still living in the units!
Should be called Red Flag Equities!! Not a property management company!! Why are they handing a HOA in Shelby Twp.?
It is absolutely absurd the way they run things, especially not answering phones or returning calls! I am paying an associate for what???????????
