Do not use this company. They helped me out in an emergency but was asked to take care of something in the upstairs bathroom. I’m not sure what happened but there’s been a leak in the basement ever since. The leak has ruined two ceilings, destroyed a wall, is leaving mold everywhere, and causes a giant puddle the dogs drag everywhere. I’ve tried calling multiple times and I can never get ahold of them so I’m done with them and decided to leave a nasty review.
Had a clog, that I thought was going to be easy but it ended up being a much bigger job. These guys did an awesome job replacing a pipe and the cost was very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend!
Had a plumbing clog that impacted our entire house. I called Red Stag and they were here within the hour. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price!
Finding someone who still takes ownership and pride in their work is all too rare these days. There were a couple tiny issues with the work Red Stag was doing initially. Mistakes happen— everyone is human; what matters is how they are handled. As soon as he found out, the owner, Bob, was out here immediately to address the issue. We have used Red Stag Plumbing for numerous jobs in our home that was built in 1960. Most recently, we worked with Brandon to replace pipes, faucets (inside and out) and replace our water heater. Brandon, Michael and Steve were professional and came up with reasonably priced solutions. Despite supply chain issues the job was completed in a timely and efficient manner. We highly recommend Red Stag Plumbing.
