I can't say less than zero stars, or I would. TWICE I've appeared at this shop on State Street after noon, the time it supposedly opens, and both times it was closed. I was ready to make purchases but you've permanently lost this customer. Bruce, Felly's and Klein, here I come!!

I ordered the seasonal flowers to be delivered. They were a nice bouquet when they arrived. The next day most had wilted and the rest only lasted a few days. I paid well over $100 with delivery and would have expected them to last at least a week. After sending two emails voicing my disappointment, I have yet to hear from anyone at the shop. If you are looking for good customer service, do not order from Red Square Flowers. I'm giving them 2 stars only because they delivered on time.
