I stayed here for several nights. Granted we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, it was a great experience.

Staff knew what they were doing and treated us with courtesy and respect. I love this hotel and will return each time I visit Miami.
I had heard both good and bad comments about this hotel so I decided to read on the internet about and it was the same. Finally I saw a publication about its remodel process and the big investment of money (millions) to put it in the top of the hotels.... Based on the pictures I decided to go there and it was a good choice, the hotel and its staff were totally confortable. I felt so happy there. I recommend this south beach hotel.
