Great little spot for some really good BBQ. Ended our dinner with some great Pumpkin Bread Pudding. Definitely will be going back sometime on our motorcycle rides!
Good food. What a wonderful surprise. A must stop. Come hungry for large portions.
We are passing through and staying at a campground nearby. Funky place, fantastic bbq especially the burnt ends and to die for home made dessert. Highly recommend.
The Red Shanty has some of the best ribs around, and their Memphis Classic sandwich, pulled pork topped with coleslaw, is the perfect lunch. Sauce is provided on the table, but in proper bbq fashion, they don't drown the meat while smoking and cooking. They let the meat and rub make their own sauce while cooking. It's brilliant.
We have ate there once before. Felt bad for the one server. She had tables outside and inside. Really would of liked refills but not complaining about our server she was busy. Maybe have others help her if she's really busy. We will be back the food was great.
Wonderful place to eat. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Perfect for a casual night out! We love it!!
