Just wanted to leave a random note here that this repair shop and most other Crash Champions do NOT do repairs for Tesla. That was the advice I got from this location's admin lady. Somehow Geico forwarded me to this location for Tesla repair, which was frustrating, so wanted to share that with other Tesla folks just in case.
I don't post many reviews. I have to be extremely pleased or very dissatisfied with a business to leave a review. Pros: This Crash Champions has some very professional and friendly employees to work with. They're responsive and the ladies at the front desk are especially helpful. I believe they can do quality work and have a responsive turn around time. If you look at the repairs from 5+ feet away they may look great. Today I kindly went to leave my car to have it repaired, because I don't speak English, the lady who is at the entrance of said workshop attended me with a humiliating treatment. I can't understand how there are people like that lady who is conceited without education just for not speaking the language that led me to the decision not to leave my car in this workshop
Crash Champions is a terrific auto body repair Establishment. They handled the intake of my car, arranged for a loaner and kept me updated as they did the repair, my car looked brand new and they handled the insurance. Perfect, could not be happier!
Got a dent on my car door fixed here (dent was caused due to a fallen tree) We were initially happy with the speed of the repair and we got our car back in just a week, only to find out that the lock on the main driver seat door wasn’t co-ordinating with the locks of the other doors However, we got it fixed the next following day and everything is smooth now, except for the fact that it did cost us some extra stress and some time + gas to drive till the location.
