Anatolii was very helpful. The repair came out looking good and he went over it with me afterwards to make sure there were no issues.

I’ve had consistently negative experiences with the front desk and customer service here. The staff, particularly “Sandy,” seem disinterested in assisting me (second time after I have interacted with them). I’ve had to repeat myself multiple times, and they don’t seem to be paying attention. Instead, they talk over me as if they don’t want to listen or unable to understand what I speak.
