I am very dissatisfied because I am a repeat customer. I have always payed in full and yet they cancelled my estimate appointment because I wanted to pay out of pocket rather than use my insurance. They said they only had time available for pay by insurance customers. This I consider poor customer relations.
My experience here was much more positive at this location than the Newcastle one. I came to this shop after getting my van back from the other with a milky, splotchy paintjob, a side door lock that no longer functioned, and the rear gate that was still off-kilter from the collision and wouldn't auto-close. Keep delay and delay, so far, five times and the car is still not done yet. Not sure, is that because they are lazy, or trying to make a deal with the car rental company, which is right next to their shop, because the longer the delay, the longer I have to keep the rental car, and both of them can share the benefits from that .
