DO NOT GO HERE. I cannot stress that enough. I only chose Crash Champions because it was a preferred provider of GEICO and thought my car would be well taken care of. It was at Crash Champions for a month and a half and left in worse shape than when I dropped it off. I understand trying to get a car fixed quickly, but this process was absolutely ridiculous and beyond frustrating. My experience here was much more positive at this location than the Newcastle one. I came to this shop after getting my van back from the other with a milky and splotchy paintjob, and a side door lock that no longer functioned, and rear gate that was off-kilter after the collision and wouldn't auto-close.
