One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I came in to get my car tires changed after previously receiving a price quote. When I arrived, the person in the office quoted me a higher price than what I had been told earlier. I calmly asked why the price was different, expecting a simple explanation. I purchased 4 winter tires with a 60,000 km warranty just two months ago. Unfortunately, one of the tires got punctured, and when I contacted Red Sea Tire Corporation regarding the warranty, they refused to provide any support. Instead of properly inspecting or assisting me, they immediately blamed me for the damage. I am extremely disappointed with their response and overall handling of the situation. Great service with reasonable price
I’ve been going to this car garage for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The owners are genuinely very nice people, honest, and easy to work with. They always explain what’s needed, never push unnecessary repairs, and their prices are fair. It’s hard to find a garage you can truly trust, and this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend.
