Do not buy cheap tire, if you do love your life. I bought 4 winter tire on December.. within April my 2 tire got brust from side. These cheap tires can take your life. Very bad quality tire. easily rip off.
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I came in to get my car tires changed after previously receiving a price quote. When I arrived, the person in the office quoted me a higher price than what I had been told earlier. I calmly asked why the price was different, expecting a simple explanation. I purchased 4 winter tires with a 60,000 km warranty just two months ago. Unfortunately, one of the tires got punctured, and when I contacted Red Sea Tire Corporation regarding the warranty, they refused to provide any support. Instead of properly inspecting or assisting me, they immediately blamed me for the damage. I am extremely disappointed with their response and overall handling of the situation.
