Seemingly a very nice neighborhood I lifeguard at a TON of different pools all over Maryland, many of which were neighborhood pools. Throughout the summers I've worked, I've gotten a good sense of a few of the neighborhoods, and Red Run was always one of my favorites. So our apartments ac has never worked we have put so many requests in and it’s never been fixed last night it reached 81 degrees in the apartment. I called this morning to complain again and it’s not emergency work and we are basically gonna have to deal with roasting and buying fans. $1800 a month and we can’t get working ac. The person I spoke to on the phone today did not care. Avoid this place. The leasing people on the most part is cool. Jessica is great. But everything else sucks and is not worth the cost.

I have emailed this office 10 times about an issues they do not respond. I call they say they will take care of it but they don’t. That entire staff is sorry as hell. It’s too expensive to have to beg these people to take care business and repairs in the units. I’m Stuck until my lease is up . Do not move here.
Red Run is a safe and well maintained community. Maintenance is always nice, office staff is friendly and helpful.
