We received a Thomas Kinkade lighted Christmas arrangement two days ago. The lights would not work, and when my husband finally got it out of the arrangement and took it apart, we discovered there were no batteries in it. Very puzzling that it would be delivered without the ability to be lit. Plus, the carnations in the arrangement have started to wilt and carnations usually last longer than any other flowers. The roses are doing fine and there is plenty of water.
