Booked through a travel platform. When I arrived, I was informed that I had a room reserved, but not paid for. I called the travel platform and found out the hotel denied the payment and had to pay for it there. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and very kind. As for the room, if I wasn't so tired. I wouldn't have stayed. I had about 5 channels on the T.V., had an upgraded room which was a joke. It was supposed to have drinks and snacks. No hot water. My drink in my snack box that you pay extra for was expired. I don't know if it was the TV or the TV provider but the picture was going in and out. Went to the desk for the water said you need to let it run for 10 to 15 min to get hot water. Seriously that is a waste of water. Will not stay again
Worst stay ever‼️ Sheets and quilt were dirty, toilet leaking in the bathroom, roach in the room. Upgraded the room but got nothing but a bigger room. The room had a funny smell to it . Definitely will not be returning.
Things in the room are broken and haven't been replaced, people are using this place as an apartment complex and everything is dirty and disgusting. It's in a nice area though. Terrible roach problem
