my worst experience i stayed 07-07-26 i got a room that smelled like cigarettes after I ask for a non-smoking room and I wake up and there's bugs in the bed and room and an they Say they have wifi wouldn't connect no where on property and I can't even get a refund because I booked on priceline. Awful experience.
Clean comfortable knife
Only stopped by for a rest but it was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff is friendly and the location feels very safe.
The Red Roof Plus in Wilmington DE is run by liars. I contacted them a day ahead and got special approval to bring 3 dogs for an overnight stay. It was in the notes of the reservation, confirmed by Red Roof Inn customer service. When I arrived at 10 PM on Saturday night I was told their policy was 2 dogs and that we couldn’t stay. He lied and said there was no note on the reservation. As soon as I started looking for another place to stay, I noticed this hotel was full. The room very clean, but a tad pricey, but the hotel staff were very good at addressing issues. I had an issue the first night and they handled it fast and efficiently. The maid staff needs to check the body wash it was near empty. The bed was nice clean and relaxing, TV though some of the basic channels should have worked but sadly did not.
