What a DUMP! We had a reservation here. The room they gave us was damp, moldy, and had a big industrial exhaust fan in the room - I guess they were trying to dry it out. Whole area smelled of urine. When I went to the front desk to complain, the clerk need his iPhone to translate my complaint into another language (Hindi? Arabic?) to understand me. We requested an immediate refund and left.
Very rude lady that handles check ins. I stayed for 3 hours. Didn't smoke, didn't destroy anything yet they aare refusing to refund my $100 hold. Their are multiple other hotels within 15 minutes distance. Id look at those options instead of this shady hotel.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Checked in and was given no directions on where the room was, room was full of caked on dust and the AC wasn't working. It was over 100 degrees day of checking in so we were struggling to sleep. The entire room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Super gross.
