I booked a room months before an anticipated visit to Wichita. I received a confirmation email and even received a "can't wait to see you email" two days before my visit. I was going to call them for something and noticed a temporarily closed on the search for their number. I tried unsuccessfully to reach them the morning of the trip, just feeling like something wasn't right. There was no answer. Cancelled my reservation that I had made a month prior on the day before I was supposed to check in, with no notice. Customer service said it was due to no rooms being available. What's the point of making a reservation if the room is just going to be given away?

Ok so they gave me a room full of holes in the drywall. Then when I asked for extra towels cuz there were stains on it the front desk guy said to shower in the morning...cuz he was doing laundry... so I just used one of their smaller towels. The water was either really hot or kind of really hot. I came out of the shower freshly boiled. The bathroom sink faucet has really low water pressure also. My mattress was really sunken from people sitting on the edge and they were too cheap to replace it. So it's definitely not for com... read more

It needs total maintenance. The jacuzzi doesn't work and is dirty. The bathrooms are dirty and smell bad.

Only stayed there one time it was a big mistake. Tried to save a little money at backfired. Literally the worst mattress I think I’ve ever slept on and I’ve slept on a lot of hotel mattresses.. Went to check in there was nobody at the desk nobody to Be found with a note that says call this number.
