Ok so they gave me a room full of holes in the drywall. Then when I asked for extra towels cuz there were stains on it the front desk guy said to shower in the morning...cuz he was doing laundry... so I just used one of their smaller towels. The water was either really hot or kind of really hot. I came out of the shower freshly boiled. The bathroom sink faucet has really low water pressure also. It needs total maintenance. The jacuzzi doesn't work and is dirty. The bathrooms are dirty and smell bad.
Only stayed there one time it was a big mistake. Tried to save a little money at backfired. Literally the worst mattress I think I’ve ever slept on and I’ve slept on a lot of hotel mattresses.. Went to check in there was nobody at the desk nobody to Be found with a note that says call this number. Called the number and it wouldn’t let you leave a message The very rude employee showed up 10 minutes later to finally check me in before I was trying to call corporate headquarters and figure out what’s going on Got to my broom th... read more
Staff was Amazing.. Room nice and Clean …. Kiddos had a blast @ the pool nice and warm … Thanks Will be back .
The air conditioner did not work in the living room area of the 2 room suite There was something leaking from under the fridge in the living room area The water from the sink in the living room was turned off. When we got under the sink and turned it on, the water was rust colored The sofa bed sheets were already on the sofa bed and looked dirty I asked for extra pillows , sheets and pillows they said they didn't have any Not recommended to stay here Refund would be nice
