We booked a two night stay in the jetted tub loft room for $590.00. When we pulled up to the building it looked very trashy and there was even a van with broken windows and flat tires in the parking lot. When we went in to check in the staff was sketchy. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the environment to the condition of the room, everything felt subpar and unpleasant. To make matters worse, I lost my tablet during my stay the hotel was the last place I had it. When I called to inquire, the staff answered rudely and were unhelpful. They claimed they didn’t find it, and the lack of empathy or professionalism was incredibly frustrating. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

This room is gross, the replacement bedding looks only slightly cleaner than the first set. It smells like a locker room, and we might as well have the windows open it is so loud. The shower wouldn't drain. Everything is sticky. This was my first and will be my last time ever reserving with Red Roof or its affiliates.

The raggedy curtains are poorly hung, dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty balcony bird shit, no daily room service, no fresh towels supplied tor the next day. When asked for cleaned towels they had no clean ones available. They had no hot water. Horrible experience do not waste your money here. Motel 6 is better.
