There's mice. On Concerns: They will be nice and try to get whatever you're concerned about addressed. If it's not a request for fresh towels, however, it has a low likelihood of being addressed beyond a room switch. With this method, you'll exchange a problem in one room, for a different problem in another, until you settle for the problem you're able to endure (A/C? Dehumidifier? Shower curtain rods? Mold?
