THIS HOTEL GAVE ME BED BUGS! I wouldn’t have given a terrible review to this place if it weren’t for the fact that it gave me bed bugs after staying there in a business trip, massive expenses in time and money after finding out that is what I got there, and then a bad experience talking on the phone with the manager who was kind of rude and wouldn’t offer any refund or help. Too dirty, too bad
We’ve never had a problem at this Red Roof Inn until today. We understand that you are fully booked because of the air show and parade and we would have to wait to after checkout to get a room but we’ve been here since 7am. The gentleman who reserved us our room was pleasent as well as another worker. They told us to come back between 11am/.1pm am just to see if there was a1st floor room ready, My husband went in a little bit ago to check because I can no longer sit in my car due to me having back surgery 3 weeks ago.
