I’m currently staying in room 334 and sink has been clogged for 3 days I notified them when it first happend. Maintenance never came they keep saying there fully booked they won’t fix the problem or won’t let me change rooms
I've been traveling throughout the area and this is by far the best hotel I've been to. While it's affordable with clean rooms, the star of the show is the staff. Kenneth goes above and beyond to provide the best experience for your stay. He is receptive, attentive, considerate, and kind - genuinely changed the trajectory of my day by his customer service. Room was very small vs an upgraded room, although there is only a small price difference. The bathroom smelled so strongly of cleaning product it made us nauseous and we had to air out the room and keep the door closed. Otherwise, efficient front desk service and decent location
With the rooms always being clean and organized the customer service from Keneth is always so welcoming and nice! He makes your check in and booking experience the best! Hes the best!
